Use a Keyboard with a Mouse!
If you feel that your external keyboard is not working properly or some particular key is not functioning then you can use internal keyboard on your desktop screen. This property can be found in Windows XP and 7. Just follow these steps:
You will see the virtual keyboard on your desktop screen.
Now you can use your mouse to click on any key.

Click “run” - Type “osk” in the text field.

“Enter”.
