1. Open Chrome browser

2. Copy and paste the following into the address bar at the top of the browser:

chrome://flags/#enable-media-foundation-video-capture

3. In the drop-down for "MediaFoundation Video Capture" select "Disabled"

4. Relaunch Chrome and it should be fixed.
